Hey guys!! I’ve had quite a few questions on what make up I use and how I apply it, so I decided to right a post so I could share it with all of you!! These are the products I use every single day AND love ^ I hope you enjoy :) Eyeshadow Primer   I always do my eyes first, because if there's any fallout on my eye shadow, I can easily cover it up with my foundation. I use   this   Miliani Eyshadow Primer   from Walmart, and it works great! It comes out as a nude color, but it dries transparent. It holds my eye shadow all day without any creases! I really don't find any need to buy expensive eye shadow primer; I feel like they all work the same. I let this sit for at least 30 seconds before applying eye shadow. Eyebrows While I wait for my primer to dry, I then use the  Anastasia Brow Wiz Pen   to fill in my brows. My brows are naturally SO light, like almost invisible ahah. Happy Tuesday! I hope you all have had a great week so far!! Since it was MLK day yesterday, we didn’t have school. It was super relaxing and very needed. I rolled out of bed around nine, worked on the ACT, and got my chick fil a fix in too 😋  Now to the present 👇🏻👇🏻 Breakfast was a banana muffin (from snack lab of course!) with almond mutter & an iced coffee. I had bible study that morning, so I needed something quick to grab for breakfast! I knew a granola bar wouldn’t be very sustainable for me so I opted for a muffin! On days where I have time to sit down, I might have toast or maybe yogurt. If you know me, coffee is a must. So naturally, I do bible study at Starbucks!!       Hello! I feel like so many people go through life and pursue "health" without even knowing what it means. It's so important that you understand, health is not just defined by what we eat. Yes, what we put in our body is part of our health but most importantly, how we feel, move, and think also make up our health. What we eat affects how we feel, and how we think affects how we eat and move. How we move should not be based on what we eat. Exercise is only healthy when it's done in an enjoyable, no strings attached kind of way. This could look different for everyone. It might mean running for some or just some relaxed yoga for others. In this stage of my life, I do not enjoy working out, going to the gym, or running long distances. But, I do like to play tennis, dance, bike ride, and go on long walks.
